Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing or using Inspizy's services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- Company (referred to as "Inspizy", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Inspizy, the parent digital ecosystem encompassing Inspizy Devs, Inspizy Open Source, and associated brands operated by Udaykiran Chenna.
- Client (referred to as "You", "Your") means the individual or business entity that engages Inspizy for services or accesses the website.
- Service refers to the website at inspizy.com and all services offered, including software development, digital packages, and consulting.
- Agreement refers to any written or digital agreement, proposal, or quote accepted by the Client for specific services.
- Package refers to any bundled service offering such as E-paper Site Packages, News Site Packages, or similar pre-defined service tiers.
- Custom Development refers to bespoke software engineering work billed on an hourly or project basis.
2. Services
Inspizy, through its Inspizy Devs division, provides software development and digital services including but not limited to:
- E-paper Site Packages (monthly and yearly subscription plans)
- News Site Packages (monthly and yearly subscription plans)
- Custom software development (hourly or fixed-project pricing)
- Technical consulting and advisory services
All services are subject to a separate written Agreement or accepted quote. The scope, deliverables, and timelines of each engagement are governed by that Agreement in conjunction with these Terms.
3. Payments
Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.
- All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your Agreement or invoice.
- Subscription packages are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle, as selected.
- Custom development invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Packages (E-paper, News Site)
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@inspizy.com or through the account portal.
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. You will retain access for the remainder of the paid period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of an annual subscription unless a refund is explicitly approved under Section 5.
Custom Development Projects
For project-based work, cancellation must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is billable. Any deposits or milestone payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is product-specific. Each Inspizy product or service has its own refund conditions based on usage and the nature of the service. The principles below apply across all products unless a product-specific policy states otherwise.
General Principles
- Refunds are only considered when the service or product has not been used or consumed. Once usage has occurred, the charge for that usage is final.
- All approved refunds are issued after deducting applicable payment processor charges (e.g., Stripe transaction fees) that are non-recoverable by Inspizy.
- Refunds are processed via the original Stripe payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Inspizy reserves the right to deny requests where the service has been fully delivered, consumed, or accepted.
Credit-Based Products
For products that operate on a credit or token model, refunds are eligible only when no credits have been used. Once any credits have been consumed, the purchase is not eligible for a refund. If eligible, the refund amount will be the original payment minus any payment processor charges.
Custom Development
- Hourly-billed work is non-refundable once completed and approved by the Client.
- Fixed-price project deposits (typically 30–50%) are non-refundable as they cover initial scoping and resource allocation.
- If Inspizy is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our failure, a partial or full refund of the outstanding balance will be issued at our discretion, minus any payment processor charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@inspizy.com with your invoice number, the product or service the refund relates to, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, the Client owns the specific custom deliverables created for them under the Agreement. Inspizy retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies used in delivering the service.
All content on inspizy.com - including text, graphics, logos, and open-source code released under Inspizy's name - remains the intellectual property of Inspizy unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspizy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Inspizy in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for high quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
