This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled across Inspizy and its products. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refund eligibility varies by product - each product page or agreement will specify its own terms.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services
You may cancel any subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@inspizy.com or through your account portal.
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date and will not be charged again.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. You retain access for the remainder of the paid period. Refund eligibility is subject to the product-specific policy below.
Custom Development Projects
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. Deposits and milestone payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Agreement.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is product-specific. Each Inspizy product or service has its own refund conditions based on usage, consumption, and the nature of the service. The general principles below apply across all products unless a product-specific policy states otherwise.
General Principles
- Refunds are only considered when the service or product has not been used or consumed. Once usage has occurred, the charge for that usage is final.
- All approved refunds are issued after deducting applicable payment processor charges (e.g., Stripe transaction fees) that are non-recoverable by Inspizy.
- Refunds are processed via the original Stripe payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Inspizy reserves the right to deny requests where the service has been fully delivered, consumed, or accepted.
Credit-Based Products (e.g., VyayamGPT)
For products that operate on a credit or token model, refunds are eligible only when no credits have been used since the purchase. Once any credits have been consumed, the purchase is considered partially or fully used and is not eligible for a refund.
If eligible, the refund amount will be the original payment minus any payment processor charges incurred at the time of the transaction.
Custom Development
- Hourly-billed work is non-refundable once completed and approved.
- Fixed-price project deposits (typically 30–50%) are non-refundable as they cover initial scoping and resource allocation.
- If Inspizy is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to our failure, a partial or full refund of the outstanding balance will be issued at our discretion, minus any payment processor charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@inspizy.com with:
- Your invoice number or order reference
- The product or service the refund relates to
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting details or documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
